Set to a live score, In Company is a solo dance piece performed by dancer, Maddison Araceli Willmott, accompanied by musician, Kevin Cahill and artist, Sjaan van de Langenberg.

In Company is choreographed from explorative workshops with a company of over 10 professional artists whose work has been digitised and reimagined for the stage through movement, projection, music and lighting. This 20 minute piece seeks to showcase the potential of interdisciplinary practices, and the unexhaustive opportunities presented through collaboration.

Maddison Araceli Willmott is a student on Trinity Laban’s MA Creative Practice: Transdisciplinary programme and this work is presented as part of an Autumn Graduate School Showcase. The showcase represents the culmination of creative work during students’ postgraduate programmes in the Faculty of Dance. Experimental and investigative in nature, the work draws upon collaborative and interdisciplinary practices arising from choreographic and performance-making research.
