Pietro Iacopini was born in Florence, Italy, in 2002, and started to play the piano at the age of 10 with Ileana Horculescu. After three years, he continued his piano studies at Liceo Musicale “Dante” of Florence under Chiara Montelatici, and was admitted in 2017 to the Florence Conservatoire of Music in the piano class of Giovanna Prestia. During these years he also studied harmony and musical analysis with Leonardo Abatangelo, and from 2016 to 2018 he attended a chamber music course with his piano trio at Fiesole School of Music coached by Matteo Fossi. In 2019 Pietro won an internal competition in Florence Conservatoire, as a result of which he performed Mozart's Piano concerto No. 23 K488 with Florentine Chamber Orchestra in the Conservatoire Concert Hall. The following year, he performed Bach's Triple Concertos BWV 1063-1064 as part of the project “Universo Bach”, the complete performance of Bach keyboard concertos realized by Florence Conservatoire, in collaboration with Florentine Chamber orchestra in October 2020. Pietro is currently doing his 4th year at Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance under the guidance of Sergio De Simone and Martino Tirimo.
Celia Margalef Boquera is a Catalan pianist. Margalef started playing the piano at the age of 6 with Professor Christiane Leruth. At 16, Margalef continued her studies at El Conservatori de Música de Vila-seca with Professor Jordi López. In 2016, Margalef finished the Intermediate Level with honours and succeeded on getting the second and third positions on the entrance exams at El Conservatori Superior de Música del Liceu and L’Escola Superior de Música de Catalunya, respectively. Margalef decided to study her Bachelor in Piano Interpretation at El Conservatori Superior de Música del Liceu with professor Tensy Krismant. Margalef got the Ferrer-Salat Scholarship for two years during her studies in the city of Barcelona. In September 2020, Margalef started the Masters of Music at Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance with Professor Mikhail Kazakevich. Margalef was awarded with the Trinity College London Scholarship and the Trinity Laban Scholarship for the academic year 2020/21, and the Arthur Haynes Scholarship and the Trinity Laban Scholarship for the academic year 2021/22. In December 2021, Margalef was awarded the Cardnell Piano Prize.
Colli Chan is a Canadian violinist based in London. She is currently studying for her master's degree at Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance under the Tutelage of Professor Rivka Golani. In 2017 and 2018, she was selected to be a part of the National Youth Orchestra of Canada. Colli has performed in various venues such as the Glenn Gould Studio, David Geffen, and the Konzerthaus. In early 2019, Colli and her piano trio won first place at the Dunbar Gerber Music Competition. Later that year, she was a part of the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland orchestra to perform at Buckingham Palace for the Prince's Foundation. She has recently performed at the St. James Piccadilly Church and St. Alfege Church for Trinity Laban's lunchtime concert. She is currently the recipient of the Ivor Simmonds Scholarship and the Trinity College London Scholarship.
Lancelot Beja-Battais is a French violist who specialises in chamber music. He came to England in 2013 and studied one year at goldsmiths university in a Music computing course while still playing the viola in multiple symphony and chamber orchestras. During that time, he realised his passion was playing the viola and applied to the London music Conservatoires. He has now achieved a BMus and Masters in Viola performance at Trinity Laban conservatoire of Music and Dance with the award of the following scholarships: Leverhulme Trust Scholar and Trinity College London scholar award and under the tuition of internation soloist Rivka Golani. He has performed chamber music in venues including the Wigmore Hall, King’s Place and others.
