Trinity Laban are delighted to be celebrating 10 years of the Inspired not Tired; a programme of creative arts groups for older adults in the borough of Lewisham.

On Tuesday 10 May the Befrienders will join forces with Trinity Laban students to present a feel-good musical celebration of Inspired not Tired. Featuring both original songs written collaboratively by the group and timeless popular tunes, we invite you to sing along and leave with a spring in your step!

The Befrienders are a social singing group for older people run by Ageing Well Lewisham in partnership with Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance. The group meet every Tuesday at the Grove Centre in Sydenham, 10am – 12pm and are one of four groups within Trinity Laban’s Inspired not Tired programme of music and dance for people aged 60 and above.
