Xinyu Liu is a London-based Chinese pianist currently pursuing an MMus in Piano Performance under Professor Douglas Finch at Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music & Dance. Xinyu graduated from the University of Xiamen Bachelor of Music performance degree with an excellent academic award and a Dezhen foundation scholarship as a student and teaching assistant. A passionate musician, she has appeared in collaborative piano recitals and concerts throughout China UK and Singapore. In addition, Xinyu has taken part in international festivals and competitions such as the Cadenza international festival, Xiamen University International Piano Art Festival, SIPC International competition, and The Forth Melbourne International Music Competition.

Gregory Scotland is a violinist from Leicestershire currently studying with John Crawford at Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance. Gregory joined Trinity in 2018 as the Len Smith and Felicity Young Scholar and is in the final year of his undergraduate studies. A passionate chamber and orchestral musician, he performs regularly as the second violinist of the Creation Quartet, and has performed in orchestras internationally. Alongside his classical training, Gregory is also an enthusiastic traditional Irish folk fiddler, regularly playing in Irish pub sessions and member of the Trad Irish folk trio "Abhainn".
