BIOGRAPHIES

Born and raised in China, Miaoyan Li has been playing the piano since the age of four, and studied with Jingqi Li in Steinway partnered piano studios in Shanghai until her voyage to the UK. After graduation from Xi’an Jiaotong Liverpool University with a Bachelors degree in Biology, she decided to take a professional musical education in search of professional guidance and opportunities. Miaoyan had put her piano education while receiving scientific academic training in great harmony, and the creativity and dedication she demonstrated in science assisted her transition into the musical world. After completing her Graduate diploma at Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance in 2022, and Professional Diploma with Distinction Awards in 2023, she has progressed to the Master of Music course under the tutelage of Deniz Gelenbe. Seeking opportunities to manifest her potential with innovative thoughts, Miaoyan is actively joining activities as a pianist and accompanist with enthusiasm, working with vocals and instrumentalists.

Ilektra Zanella was born in Venice, Italy in 2003 and started playing the piano when she was four years old under the guidance of Professor Maia Glouchkova.
In 2011 she entered the Benedetto Marcello Conservatoire of Venice placing first among thirty candidates and she took part and won several piano competitions. In 2011 she also took the piano exam at the Associated Board of Royal School of Music obtaining the III grade.
In 2018 she started the first year of Bachelor at the Jacopo Tomadini Conservatoire in Udine with Professor Franca Bertoli and in July 2022 she graduated with 110110 cum laude. During that same month she also graduated from the Marco Polo classical highschool with 100100.
In December 2022 she won the competition for the Scholarship "Luigi Mari" in Udine.
In September 2022 she was admitted to the Master in Music studies in Udine and in January she applied for the Erasmus program at the Trinity Laban Conservatoire of London, where she is studying with Professor Gabriele Baldocci.
